I've already spent huge time on the project 4 so I wonder if I can get some extra credit for early submission, just like project 2.

If you're using the plot_results.pl script, please remove (or comment out) line 38 in the script; that line reads: if (not $s =~ /^[0123]$/) { $s = 0; }It should work, then.
Correct me if I'm wrong but I think the scores reported are precisions, not recalls
